There are a number of great ways for people to get involved this year including: Vice Presidency, Having a craft stall or Trade Stand, Advertising Space in the show schedule or even sponsoring one of our classes.
Become a Vice President
The committee is acutely conscious of the increasing cost of staging the show, which is currently in the region of £10,000 annually. We are striving to not only maintain the tradition of producing a show in the Llyswen & Boughrood area, but to further enhance its popularity to exhibitors and visitors alike. We would like to ask if you would consider supporting the show by becoming a Vice President for this years show either as a single person (£15) or joint 2 persons (£25).

- 1 or 2 vice presidents badge(s)respectively admitting to the show field at all times
- Free on field parking on show day.
- Entry fees to all marquee sections waived.
- Acknowledgement of your Vice Presidency in the show schedule.
- A free copy of the show schedule to be issued with your badges.
- As a Vice President you are invited to the Presidents Welcome refreshment tent.
- Vice Presidents also get early access to the marquees directly after the judging has taken place.

This year we are taking applications for trade stalls and tables - if you are a local producer, crafter or would like to sell your products at the show please let us know and we can help. If you need to rent a table or chairs please also let us know and we can have one ready for when you arrive.

All sponsors will receive an invitation to attend the sponsors’ reception to be held on the show day. Sponsors badges entitling free entry to the show will be issued to all sponsors.
All sponsors will be listed in the show schedule and will be acknowledged over the Public Address during the day and during the presentation relevant to their sectional support.
